About 20 acres, you’ll be the only one’s there! Located only about 18 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg and 5 miles from Enchanted rock.
Ever heard silence? You will at Marathon. It can be perfectly quiet…just the birds and occasional moo (yes, from cows!).
Our guests favorite part: We have cows. They’re not always on the property, but if you stay for a few days you’ll likely see them. Sit on the porch and watch them walk by. Amazing. And at night you’re guaranteed to see deer from the porch.
